What does this mean for you? Command Center and Business Center users are currently unable to access the Thryv Command Center and Business Center. An error message occurs stating unable to login successfully even if the correct email/password is used. Our development team is aware of the issue and is working on a resolution with the highest priority. Users will also be unable to access their Business Center (through Command Center), Marketing Center, Thryv Leads, and other Thryv software features at this time.
